Yes, in order to take advantage of the free entrance, you have to attend the Forum for its entire duration. Beyond this, we strongly believe that Adriatic Sea Forum 2017 is an amazing chance for students and young people to take part in an international event that helps to understand the great opportunities and the critical issues of this important area.
Alumni@ASF participants should attend all the panels during the 2 days. It will be possible to choose which round table to attend during the concurrent sessions: we will ask your preference by email some days before the forum.
Participants at the forum benefits of special rates for accommodation in Budva. The participants at Alumni@ASF may take advantage of further discounted rates at Montenegro Beach Resort 4*. For detailed prices and booking requests please contact Ms. Jelena Mrcela at email@example.com.
Adriatic Sea Forum will begin at 2.15 pm of Thursday, April 27th. Alumni@ASF participants should join us between 12.30 pm and 1.15pm. At the entrance of the conference hall in the Splendid SPA & Conference Resort you will find a desk dedicated only to Alumni where you will take your badge and the Forum materials.
The Forum will take place in the Splendid SPA & Conference Resort 5*: it is located in the small town of Becici, only 3km far from Budva.
Adriatic Sea Forum is a two-day event that pays a particular attention to networking times: you will certainly have the chance to meet the stakeholders’ attending. However, we would like to remind that one-to-one meetings are not programmed: it’s up to you to put yourself on the line!
Risposte Turismo offers to the Alumni@ASF participants a free of charge access to the Forum, that includes all the Forum materials, two coffee breaks and the 28th April lunch. Thus, you do not have to pay any admission fee if you are among the selected participants; any other expense (for travel, accommodation, etc..) is at your charge.
Alumni@ASF participants will be selected by Risposte Turismo using different parameters, such as nationality (to guarantee the heterogeneity of the participants), studies and motivations expressed in the candidacy.
