Here follows some suggestions in order to help you organising your travel to join us in Dubrovnik at the next edition of Adriatic Sea Forum, cruise ferry sail & yacht.
BY AIRPLANE
Some useful flights connections in April 2015:
FCO (Roma Fiumicino) to Dubrovnik (1hr and 10min)
BRU (Bruxelles International) to Dubrovnik (4hrs and 10min, calls in Wien)
VIE (Wien Schwechat) to Dubrovnik (1hrs and 20min)
LGW/STN (London Gatwick/Stansted) to Dubrovnik (2hrs and 40min)
ZAG (Zagreb) to Dubrovnik (55min).
The Dubrovnik Airport in Cilipi is located 25 km from Importanne Resort, which is approximately a 30 minutes drive in moderate traffic. For arriving from the Dubrovnik Airport in Cilipi you can choose bus or taxi.
Taxi: After landing at the airport and collecting your luggage, you can find the taxi stand right outside of the terminal. The transfer to Importanne Resort will cost about HRK 300 (EUR 40).
Bus: Importanne Resort and Dubrovnik Airport in Cilipi are connected via a bus line that runs after every flight. The bus leaves the airport and drives to Pile (the gates of the Old Town and main bus stop in the centre) and further to the Dubrovnik Bus Station. The price of the transfer is HRK 35 (EUR 4.52). If you decide to get off the bus at Pile, you can connect to Importanne Resort via the no. 6 bus route, which leaves every 15 to 20 minutes. If you decide to get off at the Bus Station (Kantafig), you can reach the resort on the no. 7 bus route, which runs every hour. The city bus tickets cost HRK 15 (EUR 1.94). If you buy your city bus ticket at the reception it will only cost HRK 12 (EUR 1.55).
BY SHIP
Dubrovnik is connected with a regular ferry service from Bari (10h), Korcula, Island of Hvar, Split and Rijeka, Kolocep, Lopud, Polace, Milna, Many other ships have regular calls to Dubrovnik.

Bari – Dubrovnik: Medmar (8h)/Jadrolinija (8h)
Rijeka – Dubrovnik (24hrs)
Ancona – Split (3hrs from Dubrovnik) : Jadrolinija (9hrs)/Blueline/SNAV (5 hrs)/ Split Tours (8hrs)
Ancona – Zadar (8 hrs from Dubrovnik): Jadrolinija (7hrs).

If you arrive by ferry with your car, the to reach the Importanne Resort from the port of Dubrovnik takes 15 minutes.
BY CAR
If you choose to reach Dubrovnik by car:
– coming from North (i.e. Split) the recommended way is to follow the autobahn to Split and from Split continue to Dubrovnik, following the Adriatic coast road, which is single-carriageway and closely follows the coastline. The view and feel along this Adriatic road is miraculous although the road may be strenuous for those not used to driving. The trip from Split to Dubrovnik takes about 3 hours drive.
– coming from South (i.e. Albania or Montenegro), you can follow routes E851/E850/8. A trip from Pogdorica takes 2 hours and 25 minutes, going through Bosnia (routes E762 and M20). Driving from Shkoder, the route takes 4 hours.
BY COACH
Coaches are available from/to national and international locations: Split, Rijeka, Zagreb, Sarajevo, Budva, Trieste, Skopje, Ljubljana.
